  A. NEW OBJECTIVES (in priority order)

• Continue to improve customer service at Circulation

• Work with IT to improve customer service

• Measure customer feedback

• Reorganize Circulation space

• Work with IT to make more laptops available for patron use

• Download of student info from Banner to Sirsiix. Decrease new book turnaround time, without increasing direct costs (shipping etc.) or decreased productivity.
